Life in-between: Mycelium & Textiles; 2025
Domaine de Boisbuchet, Lessac, France

During this 10 days workshop led by Aléa, participants discovered the fascinating relationship between mycelium and textile materials. Through hands-on experiments, they learned how to inoculate textile waste with mycelium to create new, sustainable materials that grow and transform over time. The workshop invited participants to rethink design by embracing living systems and regenerative practices. This immersive experience offered space to slow down and observe the delicate interplay between organism, material and environment.
